One week on the Way! We finished our first week with a six hour, fourteen mile walk from Cirueña to Vilamayor del Rio. Our path took us out of La Rioja and into the Castilla y Leon region. We are staying at the Casa Rural La Encantada in Quintanilla del Monte for the night. There was a wood fire in the fireplace in the common room to welcome us! Quite a treat on a cloudy, chilly day with light rain in the morning.
